All enquiries re shipping and dispatch of orders made via the SnooztimeUK.com website are handled by our warehouse manager and staff, located at our UK warehouse, this warehouse will close during the later part of May when the Snooztime Europe dispatch will be handled by our Eire HQ near Dublin

PLEASE NOTE:...
There are three seperate elements which make up the final charge for shipping on the website..
1: The cost of picking and packaging etc.
2: The standard postage (stamp etc.) levied by Royal Mail at their depot.. this apears on the package stamps
3: Then a further charge by Royal Mail for their collection service at our warehouse, .. this does not appear on the package stamps.
4: A signature is required when taking delivery of any order, If (during the ordering process) the customer requires/requests (for example) their item(s) be "left somewhere if no-one is at home" Snooztime Europe are not liable for loss or otherwise, and the customer accepts total responsibility for any loss and/or damage which may result from this action.
Please Note: ..Calls to Snooztime Europe are monitored, and may be recorded for security purposes, and to improve customer services.

Carriers responsibility
Snooztime Europe cannot accept responsibility for delays, (or
damage/losses of orders or part there-of) of any orders
after collection or acceptance of the parcels from our warehouse by
carriers.
After carriers have accepted parcels/orders, they are the
responsibility of that carrier.
Customer Collect - Due to re-location of warehouse and distribution facilities, Customer Collect Service is no longer available
Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK Shipping is
via Royal Mail,... is dispatched 'First Class'
and is collected from our warehouse daily,
Mon to Friday
at 12 Noon.
Orders placed on-line after 10:oo am will be dispatched on the
next day's Royal Mail collection from our warehouse.
There is no collection from Snooztime Europe by Royal Mail on Sat;
Sunday; or Bank Holidays.
Royal Mail suggest a delivery time across the UK of between
three(3) to five(5) business, or 'working days'
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, and Éire
may take a day or two longer
Delivery outside the UK, (dispatched via
Royal Mail 'Air Post') Snooztime Europe do not
ship to the USA
Across most European Continental destinations
delivery can take up to 15 working days!
However, recent experiences have shown delays of up to 20
'Working' Days to some destinations, especially to Spain,
Portugal, Norway, and Sweden!
Snooztime Customers in these locations, and some other
destinations, report a great deal of
fluctuation and delays in delivery times across
Europe.
Snooztime Europe, have no control over this, and can not guarantee
these delivery times for products, as this is entirely in the
shippers hands.
Because of restrictions by Royal Mail in allowable
package sizes, some 'multi-pillow' orders may have to
be 'broken' into separate parcels.
Minimum charge for the UK delivery option is £5.oo.
Larger, or 'Multiple Pillow' orders are charged extra, on a
sliding scale,

Calculating Delivery Charges
Whilst shopping with Snooztime Europe
customers browse and add items to their cart. When satisfied
with their purchases, customers may then click on the 'Checkout'
button.
This brings them to a page where they can view the contents of
their cart. The cart contents show a breakdown of the order; the
prices of items; and any discounts which apply at the present
time
At this juncture if customers are unsure of contents in their
cart, and they may make adjustments including the numbers of
individual items etc.
Clicking the 'Checkout' button again brings up
the Customer Details page. This page requires
input of the customer's details, address etc. and also the
delivery address if this is different to the billing address.
It is possible at this stage to add additional information or
instructions eg. information for delivery men, or whether
the shipping address is a commercial location etc.
At this (and at all stages) it is possible to return to the
shopping cart by clicking on the 'View Cart'
link at top of the page, where one can make further changes if
required.
Clicking on the Checkout button again will
bring up the next page in the process.
This page will show the shopping cart contents again, ..
However, the cart will now show the order details,
... the prices of the items, .. AND the
shipping charges which will be levied to this
particular order.
The Customer may then click on the checkout
button to
confirm their order.
Please Note: No payment is made, or
requested until this final confirmation is made.
When the customer confirms their order they are passed
to our secure payments providers pages (operated by 'SagePay')
Snooztime Europe have no access to these pages and the
customer deals securely and exclusively
with this merchant bank. At the successful conclusion of this
process, the customer receives a confirmation email-receipt from
SagePay, and is then returned to our website on our
Thank You page. (Should the transaction be unsuccessful,
the customer receives notice to that effect from SagePay,
and is then returned to our website on our 'Sorry'
page.
In due course, normally after about 10 minutes,
Snooztime Europe receive notice from SagePay
as to the success or failure of the transaction.
Snooztime receive payment from
SagePay 24 Hours after the transaction.
